411 Monitoring and Logging Functionality and Sequence Diagram

Here is a detailed sequence diagram that shows how the monitoring and logging classes work together to keep track of and store messages coming from other subsystems. Messaging requirements for other subsystems will be posted separately. However, the gist is Monitoring will check up on your system every 5-10 seconds to make sure your system hasn't died and will expect a message with a health code in return.
